2. Receive: Fifty (50) complimentary grafts on FUT or FUE hair transplants at the time of purchase.<\/p>

Important Restrictions:<\/strong><\/p>

A. Validity of Offer.<\/strong> Offer valid for:
i) active HairClub EXT\u00ae and Xtrands\u00ae clients at the time of purchase;
ii) former HairClub clients whose memberships have been cancelled within two (2) months of time of purchase;
iii) individuals that have previously attended a HairClub hair loss consultation; and
iv) are legal residents of the contiguous (48) United States.
Void wherever taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Must be 18 years of age or older. Former clients whose memberships were cancelled due to violation(s) of HairClub policies are not eligible for the Offer.<\/p>

By participating in Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and that the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Offer and these Terms are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.<\/p>

B. How to Participate.<\/strong> Participant must purchase a Qualifying Hair Transplant Solution at a participating HairClub Center on August 12, 2025 to receive fifty (50) complimentary grafts on FUT or FUE hair transplants at the time of purchase.<\/p>

Offer is void if consumer acts in a belligerent, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate manner in conjunction with same as determined by HairClub Center in its sole discretion. If Offer is void for any reason, then Sponsor shall not have any liability to the consumer under any legal theory.<\/p>

C. Redemption.<\/strong> Offer is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or for any substitute award. Offer rights are not assignable\/transferable. Limit of one (1) discount per family, household or address. Offer is void without liability\/obligation of any kind for Sponsor if purchase is cancelled altogether, the purchase price is refunded to consumer, or if Sponsor determines that consumer has engaged in fraud, prior to receiving the Offer.<\/p>

D. Limitations of Liability.<\/strong> By participating in the Offer, consumer releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and (as appropriate), its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, distributors, individual retail licensees, divisions, and agencies, as well as their respective officers, partners, principals, directors, affiliates, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer.<\/p>
